General Terms and Conditions for online orders

• Customer's minimal age ist 16.
  
• To respect as many customer requirements as possible, orders might be reduced.  

• "Vorkasse" means payment on invoice.

• To new customers/first orders we will send an invoice after the order was placed. The wine will be delivered upon payment of the invoice.

• The goods remain our property until they have been paid for.  
  
• Corked bottles are replaced within 12 month after purchase.
  

• Orders that have not been picked up after 3 months will be cancelled.     

• Orders on prepayment will be cancelled after the final date of payment (30days)   

• Wine can only be shipped within Switzerland and Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Deliveries abroad upon request.  
• By placing an order your email address automatically signs up for our newsletter. This can be cancelled at all times.

• Shipping costs do not appear in the online shop and will be added to the invoice.
